4. Abstract Submission & Presentations
- Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted work is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Noble Science Consortium reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts based on scientific relevance, quality, and conference scope.
- Presentation schedules may change without prior notice due to operational requirements.
5. Payments
- Registration and accommodation fees are payable in the currency specified on the registration page.
- Online payments may be subject to applicable payment gateway or bank processing charges.
- Registration is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
6. Intellectual Property

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat.
1. Registration Cancellation & Refund
- 120 days or more before the conference start date: 75% refund, applicable only to standard, non-discounted registrations.
- 119–90 days before the conference start date: 50% refund.
- 89 days or fewer before the conference start date: No refund for registration or accommodation fees.
- Virtual, Video Presentation, and E-Poster registrations: Non-refundable.
- Discounted registrations are non-refundable. However, the registration fee may be transferred to a future Noble Science Consortium conference upon approval.
- Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, wire transfer charges, or currency conversion fees incurred during the refund process shall be borne by the participant.
- Approved refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference.
2. Personal Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided due to personal circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Visa refusal or delays.
- Travel restrictions or transportation issues.
- Medical or health conditions.
- Financial difficulties.
- Personal schedule conflicts.
- Failure to obtain employer or institutional approval.
3. Registration Transfer
If a participant is unable to attend, registration may be transferred to another eligible individual provided that:
- The substitute participant has an appropriate academic or professional background.
- Prior written approval is obtained from the Conference Committee.
- The transfer request is submitted at least 30 days before the conference begins.
4. Conference Cancellation, Postponement, or Format Change
Noble Science Consortium reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or convert the conference to a hybrid or virtual format due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, civil unrest, terrorism, venue issues, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, registration and accommodation fees may be transferred to a future Noble Science Consortium conference.
